Pupils join on a phone, tablet or laptop with the code shown on the board. Each gets a random computing-themed name, so nobody types a name and nothing about them is kept. Answer fast for more points; answer right in a row for a streak bonus.

Only multiple-choice, true/false, number and one-word questions are listed: matching, ordering and fill-the-gap questions need the starter tool instead.

Vote, discuss, vote again (peer instruction): everyone answers, the class sees how the votes split without being told which is right, pupils turn to a neighbour and argue their case, then everyone votes again. Only the second vote scores, and the reveal shows how many changed their mind. Each question takes about twice as long.
Real names are never shown on the board or on other pupils' screens: everyone still plays under a random name. The real name goes only into the spreadsheet you download at the end, and the game forgets it when you close the game. You can download a spreadsheet without real names too.
